RHOT orders are fulfilled after payment is completed through Shopify checkout or an approved invoice. Shipping rates, taxes, and delivery options are finalized at checkout.

Standard U.S. orders typically ship in recycled packaging. Delivery timelines may vary by carrier, inventory availability, launch volume, holidays, and destination.

If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact info@rhotarot.com with your order number and shipping address.

Unused, unopened decks may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Returned products should be in original condition and packaging.

Opened decks, digital guide access, final-sale items, bulk/wholesale orders, and custom/co-branded orders may not be returnable unless damaged or defective.

To start a return or report an issue, email info@rhotarot.com. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection.

Twins Who Tarot LLC collects information needed to operate the storefront, including contact details, shipping information, order details, customer service messages, and analytics events.

Payment details are handled by Shopify or approved payment providers. This headless website does not collect or store payment card numbers.

Google Analytics may collect usage data such as page views, product views, add-to-cart actions, and checkout starts when a GA4 measurement ID is configured. You can manage analytics and advertising preferences through your browser and Google account settings.
